RATES
NOTE: Current rates do not apply to reservations before 6/28/09
Peak season (June 1- Oct 31)
$300 per night - $1900 per week
Christmas (Dec. 21-Jan 3) $350 per night, $2100 per week.
Thanksgiving weekend: $300 per night
Off season (Nov 1-MAY 31)
$250 per night - $1600 per week
*prices do not include 8.1875% NM tax, 7% City of Santa Fe lodging tax and $150 exit cleaning fee
CHECK IN TIME 4:00p.m. If possible we will try to work with you for earlier arrival.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00a.m.
PAYMENT
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Check. Credit card info is required to secure your reservation.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS Click here to go to our Approval Form to read all the details concerning our credit card policies. Returning this approval form is your confirmation of reservation, and must happen before occupancy.
CANCELLATION POLICY: With less than 30 day notice, your card may be charged one night fee.
OTHER POLICIES
Please, no smoking in the house. This will result in additional cleaning fees. Pets not allowed. Local phone service provided only . Owners are not responsible for loss or damage to tenants' personal property, or personal injury. For longer stays, owners ask to enter the house and grounds once a week for maintenance at a convenient time for guests. Guests can call us any time, day or night for anything concerning problems in the house, or other questions that may arise.
